The relaxed state of mind allows the deeper or higher part of our mind (our "subconscious mind") to be able to learn and incorporate new ideas and new positive ways of thinking, feeling or being. This relaxed state of mind is helpful for almost anyone, but it is particularly helpful for Mum's after bringing a new baby into the world, or for anyone suffering from stress, worry, sleep deprivation anxiety or depression.
This Relaxation session helps teach (or remind) you how to achieve this relaxed state.
With repetition, the relaxation part of our nervous system (the parasympathetic nervous system) improves it's ability to "switch on" and to help us relax, when it is appropriate and useful for us to do so.
